Well, the title of the post could really make anyone associated with the enterprise think about it! But it does mean a lot for the enterprises going for the enterprise mobility solutions India to streamline their entire business process with the concept of  Bring Your Own Device (BYOD). Employees or workers within an enterprises have never been more active or accountable, it’s a fact! 

But laziness could be one of the possible driving factors behind the concept of BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) & enterprise mobility, not completely but at least partially. Purchasing wrong mobile devices may result into the mis-organization of the management, executives or employees within an enterprise. Most of the time whenever such revolt between the management or employees occurs, the most common response the IT department heads get from the workers is the main reason behind the incorporation of the concept of BYOD. According to the IT heads, the BYOD was forced upon them by the workers. 

However, the BYOD support is lacking in many scenarios. The management tools that are extensively available are not used. Moreover, there is no one within an enterprise who can help overcoming the typical handset issues, their constantly changing operating systems or version and so on. 

Moreover, a few of the notorious employees demands for an instant action taken when the device is lost, broken or stolen. And the main reason behind all this is the laziness of the employees as they always try to get their hands off from the responsibility of selecting the right kind of mobile device or Smartphone platform. With the attempt to cut the services and support, it makes the users do it themselves. 

So, how can you create awareness or remove the laziness from the employees for IT driven mobile management. Well, you can set up a dedicated hotline number for the enterprise mobility solutions India and train the employees on when to use it. This will make it easy for them to avoid any technical glitches or issues caused in their mobile device. Moreover, you can allow employees to choose the device when it comes to choosing a device. It will help you overcome the silly questions like why they can’t use their own device and all.

Also, try to leverage from the internal review process in order to determine the success of your mobility venture. It is almost impossible to determine the success or failure of your mobility venture at the time of purchase. It needs a consistent improvement. So, set up an evaluation panel and the team of IT experts that thoroughly discuss about security, collaboration, data access and future scope of enhancement. You can also recognize earlier failures in the mobility implementation. It will help you identify and remove the issues faced earlier.

So, above we have seen how the laziness of the employee may be the driving force for the enterprise mobility or the concept of BYOD.
